Reschedule, Cancellation and Refund Policy

In order to cancel or reschedule a confirmed training please notify Prime Advanced Learning Institute (PALI) ASAP at +965 97846243 or submit an email request to info@pali.education

Reschedule

If reschedule request is submitted more than 30 days prior to the scheduled course date, the request will be processed with no additional administration fee.

If reschedule request with no fewer than five (5) days before the scheduled date, an administration fee of 10% will be added to the course price.

If reschedule request with fewer than 5 days of the scheduled date, 100% of the course price will be due by date of originally scheduled class and if advanced payment made, no refund.

Cancellation

Cancellation request must be submitted more than 30 days prior to the scheduled course date in order to receive a full refund of course price.

If cancellation request within 15 – 30 days before the scheduled date, the refund amount will be 80% of the course price.

If cancellation request within 5 – 14 days before the scheduled date, the refund amount will be 50% of the course price.

If cancellation request with fewer than 5 days of the scheduled date, 100% of the course price will be due by date of originally scheduled course with no refund allowed.

Cancellation of course by PALI

PALI reserves the right to cancel or change a class at any time, including but not limited to, lack of participation, classroom, equipment or trainer availability.

Notification will be provided within 5 days of the class, whenever possible.

In the event of PALI cancellation, students/ participants will receive a full refund.

If a training class is canceled due to any unforeseen circumstances such as weather or natural disaster, the customer is entitled to reschedule for a future training course.

PALI is not liable for any direct, or indirect, consequential or special damages that may be incurred due to a cancellation of a scheduled class, including, but not limited to, cancellation penalties for transportation or accommodations. The customer or student’s sole remedy shall be the refund of prepaid course fees.
